  • Framework intended to support permanent, climatic, live loads and seismic loads and convey them to the foundations.
  • Main walls, roofs, windows and doors providing.
  • Fixed partitions and connections.

 

Fire & Electrical Installation:

  • Electrical installations.
  • Fire safety system installations.
  • Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning installations.
  • Plumbing systems.
  • Mechanical installations.
  • Welding Inspections.

 

Finishing Works:

  • Floor coverings.
  • Insulation and waterproofing.
  • Fixed and suspended ceilings.
  • Carpentry works.
  • Aluminum and stainless steel works.
  • Wall finishes.
  • Protective coatings, painting and preservatives.
  • Handrails and balustrades.
  • Through examination of testing and/or inspection reports, verify the quality of building materials, prefabricated components and their origin according to the given specifications.
  • Identify non-conformance or non-completed items and notify the contractors/suppliers concerned for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Check that the above-mentioned actions are effectively implemented.
  • Participate to the work acceptance at the different construction phases and assist the Project Owner in the final acceptance.
