Finishing Works:
- Floor coverings
- Insulation and waterproofing
- Fixed and suspended ceilings
- Carpentry works
- Aluminium and stainless steel works
- Wall finishes
- Protective coatings, painting and preservatives
- Handrails and balustrades
- Through examination of testing and/or inspection reports, verify the quality of building materials, prefabricated components and their origin according to the given specifications
- Identify non-conformance or non-completed items and notify the contractors/suppliers concerned for corrective and preventive actions
- Check that the above-mentioned actions are effectively implemented
- Participate to the work acceptance at the different construction phases and assist the Project Owner in the final acceptance
