- Foundations.
- Framework intended to support permanent, climatic, live loads and seismic loads and convey them to the foundations.
- Main walls, roofs, windows and doors providing.
- Fixed partitions and connections.
Fire & Electrical Installation:
- Electrical installations.
- Fire safety system installations.
- Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning installations.
- Plumbing systems.
- Mechanical installations.
- Welding Inspections.
Finishing Works:
- Floor coverings.
- Insulation and waterproofing.
- Fixed and suspended ceilings.
- Carpentry works.
- Aluminum and stainless steel works.
- Wall finishes.
- Protective coatings, painting and preservatives.
- Handrails and balustrades.
- Through examination of testing and/or inspection reports, verify the quality of building materials, prefabricated components and their origin according to the given specifications.
- Identify non-conformance or non-completed items and notify the contractors/suppliers concerned for corrective and preventive actions.
- Check that the above-mentioned actions are effectively implemented.
- Participate to the work acceptance at the different construction phases and assist the Project Owner in the final acceptance.
